Tony’s restaurant career began over 20 years ago at The Victoria in Anniston, AL. The Victoria was a small fine dining restaurant and it was here that he found a knack for fine wine, food, and most importantly people.  

After leaving Alabama Tony began working for Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Virginia Beach, VA. After several years of service in Virginia he moved to Asheville in 2011 to help open Ruth's Chris Biltmore Village. Tony quickly fell in love with the mountains and served as General Manager for a short period of time.  From Asheville he moved to Savannah GA to serve as General Manager of Ruth’s Chris on Bay Street.

Although he enjoyed the low country, the mountains kept calling him home and in June of 2017 he was lucky enough to be offered the Director of Corporate Dining position with FIRC Group in downtown Asheville. Now as Owner of Avenue M he finally feels at home.

While not working Tony spends his time with his beautiful partner Olga and their two sons Palmer & Liam.  Tony is also addicted to smoking meats and Alabama football.
